Connected Parenting is a structured 16-week Parent Instruction program designed to strengthen parental functioning through brain-based, attachment-focused, and connection-centered parenting education. This trauma-responsive curriculum supports parents in creating safe, stable, and nurturing environments where children can regulate, connect, and thrive.

This program is educational and instructional in nature and is appropriate for parents involved with child welfare systems, foster care, adoption, or those seeking to strengthen parenting skills through connection-based approaches.

Emotional Regulation & Co-Regulation

Parents develop the ability to regulate their own nervous system and support children through big emotions using calm leadership, empathy, and co-regulation strategies.

Connection-Centered Discipline

The program teaches transformational, non-punitive discipline strategies that promote accountability, learning, and behavioral change without shame or fear.

Structure, Routines & Consistency

Parents learn how predictable routines and clear expectations increase felt safety, reduce behavioral challenges, and improve daily functioning.

Parenting Under Stress & System Involvement

Instruction supports parents navigating high-pressure situations, system involvement, and parenting under observation while maintaining consistency and emotional regulation.
